Don't put your back on the back burner

“Four out of five adults in Canada will experience at least one episode of back pain at some point in their lives”. “80% of Americans experience back problems at least one or more times during the year”. The more people you work with, the more you realize how true these statements are. Quite often people that work on everything tend to ignore their backs, because well it’s not like they can see it in the mirror. It is however a part of you, and a very major part at that. A strong back is crucial in appearance, posture, endurance, strength, longevity, ability to lift, and so much more. A strong back means having a properly aligned spine, which is essential for movement and balance. A healthy back also enhances our flexibility, allowing us to move freely and comfortably. Let us look at the importance of back strength on our body.
