I am a NASM CPT (National Association of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer), and have my certifications as a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified Nutrition Coach, Behavior Change Specialist, and Performance Enhancement Specialist. I am fortunate to have been a personal trainer for over half a decade. I am extremely thankful for the lessons it has taught me about life, and the people in it. I am experienced in using the model of behaviour change to help us improve our daily habits. Having done Powerlifting, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Mace Training, and Kettlebell training, I understand both the physical as well as the mental components of training.
